You have learned the abdominal poses in your Svaroopa® classes.  Now take the practice of abdominals one step further and see how abs support you in so many ways.  Abs make standing easier, they make backbends strong and effortless (well almost), and they support you in sitting as well as in your whole life!  They are amazing!  Find out how the use of abs can give you a whole new depth of strength and ease: all at the same time.

Your Half-Day Workshop is a longer yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self.  Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time.  You are assured of a special experience under the care of the leading Svaroopa® yoga teachers in the world, the members of the Ashram’s esteemed faculty.  Enjoy three hours of deep yoga practice under their experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice.
