Mandali Travels offers SVA programs in your home town, taught by our stellar Faculty members. Intro to Svaroopa® Yoga

Discover a user-friendly yoga that heals what ails you and keeps you young.  How?  By unraveling the deepest tensions in your body, no strain — no sweat!  Bring your questions and concerns, whether you are brand new or an experienced yogi.  Learn how to work with your body in a whole new way.  After questions, discussion and demo, you get to experience how easy it is to feel better in just a few minutes.  Leave understanding your body better and with new options for how to improve.

Intro to Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy

Unlock your innate healing potential through Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy.  This free intro shows you what private sessions can do for you.  Bring your aches and pains with you.  We’ll begin with an explanation of how yoga therapy approaches your needs.  Then you’ll observe a short demonstration of a real yoga therapy session, with a volunteer from those in attendance.  See what happens — both what is happening as well as the profound changes the client enjoys.  You can tell if this will help, and you’ll know how to follow up for yourself.

Yoga Pain Clinic

Bring your aches and pains with you so we show you how Svaroopa® yoga works.  First we describe how yoga works with body, compared to medicine.  Then we lead the whole group through a few easy yoga poses, which are specifically selected to address the needs of the participants.  No previous yoga experience is required.

Intro to Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher Training

Instead of watching your mind, dive deeper inward, exploring your own Divine Essence by using the shortcuts that yogis specialize in.  Named Svaroopa® Vidya, this meditation methodology is based in yoga’s ancient teachings coming from the Himalayan sages.  Learn about the goal and purpose of meditation as well as the how-to basics.  Get your questions answered and go home ready to add meditation to your lifestyle.

This free program includes instruction in how to meditate as well as a discourse on the principles of spiritual life and practice.  Learn from the ancient sages and how to apply their insights to our modern life.  A chant and meditation make it easy for you to apply what you’ve learned, exploring inward to the source of your own Being.

TUITION-BASED Programs

Half Day Program

Three hours of yoga poses plus an hour of chanting and meditation.  Body, mind, heart and deeper — the bliss of consciousness is guaranteed.  Anyone can attend; it’s all user-friendly while being deeply effective and profoundly nourishing.   Meditation instruction is included, along with personal attention in your poses for maximum benefits.  How much can you get in a short time?  You’ll be amazed!

Full Day Program

Stop the world, just for a day.  Give yourself a yoga-day; think of it as an adult time-out.  You’ll feel better than you can currently imagine, which you naturally share with everyone around you.  They appreciate when you find the inside yoga-bliss.  Most importantly, you are the one delving into the bliss of consciousness within, which changes everything for you.  Amazing how one day can bend your life in the direction you really want to go.

Meditation Day

No experience required, everyone can meditate.  Experienced meditators will discover new dimensions within while new meditators also discover new dimensions within.  This is the purpose of meditation:  to uncover who you really are, at the deepest innermost level.  This is easy with the shortcuts our tradition provides, the support and blessings of those who have already done this inner work.  In addition to meditation instruction, other supportive practices contribute to the quality of your day and your inner experience.  You go home feeling more like you, which is yoga’s true goal.
