Swami Sunday - Free Meditation Program

Our morning chant begins at 8:30 am, one full hour of chanting in Sanskrit.  The text is "Sri Guru Gita", a profound experience of the ancient practice of svadhyaaya as well as an immersion into the grace-filled power of consciousness.  The chant is followed by a sweet 20 minute meditation and journaling.

At 10:00 am we enjoy some Ashram chai, usually fresh made by one of the residents that morning.  This lightly spiced tea is a traditional drink of India, which we serve with both dairy and non-dairy creamers as well as a sweetener if you like.

Satsang begins at 10:30 am, with chanting and meditation led by Swami Nirmalananda, as well as her discourse on the principles of spiritual life and practice.  Her teachings help you make sense out of your life as well as opening the doorway to deep inner experiences.  Our program ends about 12:30 pm with darshan, an opportunity to come forward for a private moment with Swamiji, wordless or with your questions or a report on your life and your state.  She's always delighted to have this sweet encounter with you.
