Private yoga therapy and vichara sessions for five days in a row! Whether you are working on physical issues, mental-emotional processes or all of the above, you will make huge strides forward. Especially with doing daily Ashram practices with Swami Nirmalananda.
Your morning Guru Gita chant and meditation with Swami Nirmalananda leads into a yoga-full day. In addition to your daily yoga class, you receive a daily yoga therapy session, plus a private vichara session (guided self-inquiry). This combination of body and mind therapies work together to free you from pains and fears that have chased you for lifetimes. Every afternoon includes a discussion of yoga’s teachings, plus your day ends with a chant & meditation with Swami Nirmalananda.
You return home with a personalized set of yoga poses and, as well as a whole new sense of self and perspective on life — in only five days. This program has only been offered once before, over five years ago, and was very popular. Enroll early as it is likely to fill up quickly.
