Yoga Therapy Intensive Retreat
January 2 - 7 2018
Downingtown Yoga & Meditation Center, Downingtown PA
An extra day of private yoga therapy and vichara sessions! This retreat is six days instead of the five days we’ve been doing. This means your healing process extends farther and reaches deeper, for physical issues, mental-emotional processes or all of the above. Huge strides forward are guaranteed.
You get a yoga therapy session and a personal vichara session every day. In addition, you have a yoga class and teachings with Swami Nirmalananda. This combination of body and mind therapies work together to free you from pains and fears that have chased you for lifetimes. Classical Ashram practices bookend your days, beginning with our morning Guru Gita chant and ending with a chant & meditation with Swami Nirmalananda. These spiritual practices deepen your healing beyond merely the physical and mental-emotional level, for lasting healing and upliftment.
We create a personalized set of yoga poses for you to take home with you, along with a whole new sense of self and perspective on life — in only six days.

Your physical changes are profound and reliable, yet the inner transformation that gives you a new way of seeing is much more important. Your own life and the world begin to look perfect, even though it is the same world that used to drive you crazy.
