Meditation Breakthrough

Deepen your meditations by getting help with the inner obstacles that get in the way. Swami Nirmalananda and Ashram meditation teachers lead you inward, day by day, deeper into to your own Self. Understand your meditation experiences in a new way through the discourses and the discussions that address your questions and needs. Your meditation sessions are paired related work on your body and mind to unravel both physical and mental blocks. Chanting sessions open your heart and propel your meditations, to move you light-years in only 3 days.

Your breakthrough depends on your whole-hearted whole-bodied participation, as well as on the quality of teaching and the wonder of community participation. When everyone is “all in,” everyone gets more out of it. That’s why this is an immersion, which means your housing and meals are all on-site, providing an interweaving that is an essential part of the conference curriculum. No partial registrations are available for the main conference. Some of the post-conference workshops are available a-la-carte, while being discounted for participants in the full conference.
