Your inner state supports you in the midst of life’s realities, if you remain centered.  

Deepening your inner state makes it unshakable, whether you are doing this in your own practices or in a yogic immersion. Then you move back into life, with relationships, challenges to face and lessons to learn. 

What can you do when you’re tipping and toppling over? There are tricks and tools you can use. In this course, learn some of the mystical secrets to living from your deep inner center. Like a sailboat with a deep keel, you can sail through stormy waters smoothly. 

ENLIGHTENMENT STUDIES

Your three class meetings each include a discourse and group discussion.  Meditation deepens your understanding. Then you get takeaways – things you can do to deepen your center as well as to share it. 

This is part of our Enlightenment Studies courses. You may take them in any order. They move you toward enlightenment while they enhance your worldly processes – this combination is the hallmark of tantric mysticism.
