Your tailbone is where Svaroopa® yoga starts your spinal decompression.  But you might ask, “Where is my tailbone?”  Releasing the muscles at the very base of your spine, around your tailbone, is the key to opening up your whole body.  Your tailbone lengthens, which works reliably to keep your whole body open and free.  Focus on the dependable poses that give you a new freedom.  Enter into a revitalized relationship with your body, your mind, and more.  And be prepared to have a tailbone sighting along the way.

Your Half-Day Workshop is a longer yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self.  Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time.  You are assured of a special experience under the care of the leading Svaroopa® yoga teachers in the world, the members of the Ashram’s esteemed faculty.  Enjoy three hours of deep yoga practice under their experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice.
