Your Half-Day Workshop is a longer yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self.  Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time.  You are assured of a special experience under the care of the leading Svaroopa® yoga teachers in the world, the members of the Ashram’s esteemed faculty.  Enjoy three hours of deep yoga practice under their experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice.
