Sunday Satsang - Free Meditation Program

Our Sunday program has two consecutive parts. You are cordially invited for any single section or all of it. Come 10 minutes early so we can orient you and answer any questions.
The first part is our morning chant, beginning at 8:30 am. It’s one full hour of chanting in Sanskrit. The text is "Shree Guru Gita", providing a profound experience of the ancient practice of svadhyaaya as well as an immersion into the grace-filled power of consciousness. The chant is followed by a sweet 20-minute meditation and journaling.
At 10:00 am we take a short break, which we call “Recess!” You can chat with other meditators, even do a little shopping and stretch your legs before the next part.
Satsang begins at 10:15 am, with chanting and meditation as well as teachings on the principles of spiritual life and practice. These teachings help you make sense out of your life as well as opening the doorway to deep inner experiences.
Every satsang includes instruction in how to meditate, clear and easy to follow. You benefit from meditating with the whole group. Come for the whole morning or just the part that works for you:
8:30 - 10:00 am - Sri Guru Gita & Meditation
10:00 - 10:15 am - Tea & Cookies
10:15 - 11:45 am - Free Meditation Satsang
11:45 am - 12:15 pm - "Hospitality Half-Hour"
