Teaching Sutras — Kashmiri Shaivism
November 16-24 2019
Downingtown Yoga & Meditation Center Downingtown PA
Study sutras with Swamiji and learn how to teach them to your students. Your inner experience expands profoundly with your understanding of these root teachings, especially the ones from the Kashmiri Shaivite texts. Swami Nirmalananda’s explanations make the mystical accessible and the profound practical. You’ll learn to do the same for your students.
A Shaktipat Day is included in your immersion, further enlivening your understanding of the sutras you’re studying. Learn from our Meditation Teacher Trainers as well as from your peers – all while you’re deepening both your inner experience and your outer connections.
DTS follows, where you further deepen your inner experience and ability to guide others. Focused equally on your experience and your understanding, this DTS (Develop your Teaching Skills) program builds your “experiential understanding” (svaroopavidya) and your ability to put it into words that guide others inside.
You will be able to incorporate your new sutras into your Introduction to Meditation courses, or create a new, deeper level course for grads of your Intro courses. DTS insures you are able to apply these new teachings in your classes, while further deepening your inner experience. Your at-home mentoring program (DTS — Develop your Teaching Skills) builds your “experiential understanding” (svaroopavidya) and your ability to put it into words that guide others inside.
Come early and join us for the Half-Day Workshop: Be Here Now! at 9:00 am on November 16.
