The Shavasana Course

Get more change in your body and mind by doing less. This is the promise of Shavasana, yoga’s relaxation pose. Shavasana is known to be relaxing, but it offers so much more.
Our online course guides you through six daily hour-long Shavasanas. Each session features different directions, taking you progressively deeper within. Profound physical changes and illuminative insights await.

After each Shavasana, you share your descriptions in a group discussion. Hear what is happening for everyone else, and learn as your teacher explains the significance of what is blossoming within.
Each session begins with a few easy yoga poses to help you be more comfortable. Your class concludes with a seated meditation, instructions provided. This meditation helps you explore your innermost essence even more consciously than when lying down.
