Discover an easy yoga, slower-paced and focused on your health, joy and spirituality.  Learn poses and breathing practices that help you achieve your goals, as you evaluate your progress week-by-week, in order to optimize results.  Learn how to take care of your body as well as discover a deeper inner dimension that fills your heart and fuels your life.

Every class in our Starter Series includes a personalized assessment and interview.  Pose handouts make it easy for you to take your yoga home with you.  Mid-week phone calls with your teacher keep you on track between classes.

Drop-in classes are available Wednesdays & Saturdays, but not in this special series.
