Learn how to take care of your body as well as discover a deeper inner dimension that fills your heart and fuels your life.
Every class in our Starter Series includes a personalized assessment and interview. Pose handouts make it easy for you to take your yoga home with you. Mid-week phone calls with your teacher keep you on track between classes.
