Get immediate improvement in your neck and shoulders in your first class. Discover how easy it is to feel better, with this unique approach to yoga. Spine-centric poses make powerful changes by gently making space between your vertebrae. Slow yoga, careful alignments and customized props dissolve tensions from the inside out. Personal support gives you maximum results in six classes.

Every class in our Starter Series includes a personalized assessment and interview. Pose handouts make it easy for you to take your yoga home with you. Mid-week phone calls with your teacher keep you on track between classes.
