This is what Gurudevi Nirmalananda offers, along with the sutras and teachings from the ancient tradition. Join us for satsang, a meditation program. It includes chanting, a sutra discourse, meditation instruction and group meditation, followed by informal time afterwards.

Or register for our Online program and participate fully from home or wherever you are. Enroll for a single satsang or our monthly subscription package, which gives you both Wednesday and Sunday satsangs at a big discount.
Additionally, a video archive of Gurudevi’s discourses is available at Deep Teachings Videos. Years of her teachings are available at your convenience. Watch them to stay in the flow of teachings between satsangs or to explore if you’re interested in attending live.
To turn your Sunday into a yoga day, take our afternoon yoga class from 4-6 pm, which includes another meditation, guaranteed to be both deep and easy. Other special events are often available on Sunday afternoons – check our calendar.
