Become a Svaroopa^® Vidya Meditation Teacher. Profoundly deepen your own inner experience while you are preparing to teach others. Return home ready to teach a Meditation Course with three class meetings, in which you give your students tools to make their meditation deep and easy from the beginning.

You are trained to answer your students’ questions. Your most important preparation for doing so is your profound understanding of meditation and the inner experiences you’ve had in the progressively long meditations in this training. In it you will also practice teaching key sutras about meditation so you can share the teachings of the ancient sages in a way that makes sense in our modern world. Guide your students deeper than ever before.

Prerequisites

The following courses must have been completed (or retaken) within 18 months prior to the start of our Meditation Teacher Training course:

1)  EITHER Foundations of Svaroopa^® Yoga OR Foundations Review

2)  PLUS Shaktipat Retreat with Gurudevi Nirmalananda
