With 2 or 3 trainings offered every year, many of your fellow students will be on the same schedule as you. You do have flexibility in your scheduling, which allows for life events as well as choicefulness about your learning process. It also means you get to know more therapists-in-training. You’ll have lots of yoga buddies!
Sutras and anatomy are woven into each immersion. In other words, as you learn technique, you’re also learning how and why it works. First you experience it in your own body, then you learn how to do it for someone else, and then you study how and why it works. It all comes together in the inner multidimensionality, a tantric interweaving.
The Sanskrit word “tantra” means “loom.” As a yogic discipline, it is the interweaving of the Divine and the mundane, the warp and woof that turn threads into a cloth. The goal is that you live in the wholeness of your own Beingness, in an empowered and bliss-filled way.
