YTT Overview

Online & On-Site Training

Teach therapeutic yoga, accessible poses that end back and neck pain while opening the heart and mind. Your students are not the only beneficiaries. The one who gets the most out of every yoga class is the teacher!

Your Online and On-Site courses provide you with profound physical improvements - no sweat! Plus your mind and heart ease into openness while your deeper dimensionality expands to fill you from within.

Very valuable – knowledge of instructors is unique and extensive. – Ted S.

One of the most intense and wonderful experiences I’ve ever had! – Andrea V.

Four training modules give you 325 hours of professional training, both as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist. You begin teaching after your first training, so you can earn while you learn.

  • Therapeutic Yoga Training - A (125 hours Online & On-Site)
  • Embodyment Yoga Therapist Training (50 hours On-Site)
  • Therapeutic Yoga Training - B (125 hours Online & On-Site)

The best part is that your training also guarantees your rapid personal transformation as well as profound experiences of the Bliss of your own Beingness, called "svaroopa" in the Yoga Sutras.
