Here is where you complete our full YTT curriculum, fulfilling the 500-hour requirements of Yoga Alliance.  Yet your training includes more hours, more depth and more support than the minimum 500 hours required.  This means you know more.  You are more highly qualified! 

As a Certified Svaroopa^® Yoga Teacher, you are trained to teach 90 poses as well as Yoga Nidra.  This is significantly more than most other trainings offer.  We delight in your success.

Your discounted tuition package is called Component B.  It includes YTT Levels 3 & 4.  For certification, you also complete two stand-alone trainings:  Embodyment^® Yoga Therapy and Radical Anatomy for Yogis.  Upon successful completion, you are eligible to become a Certified Svaroopa^® Yoga Teacher as well as to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500. This is the equivalent of getting your Bachelor's degree as a yoga teacher.

Component B 

• 2 levels of immersion trainings: 
• Level 3 - 7-9 days of immersion training
• Level 4 - 7-9 days of immersion training
• Housing & Meals
• Enjoy superb training, housed at our Lokananda retreat center in Downingtown PA. Your accommodations are in a shared room with another yogi, and include 3 vegetarian meals daily plus an afternoon snack.
• 2 at-home mentoring programs
• Develop Your Teaching Skills (DTS) - Your online meetings with your Mentor and a co-mentee help you apply everything you learned for your students' benefit.

DTS 3 (after Level 3) Includes the Teaching Themes: Forward Bends, Neck & Shoulders and Balance & Inversions.

DTS 5 (after Level 4) includes: Classical Poses, Vinyasa and Seated Poses & Twists

• Over 200 pages of written materials.  These include detailed pose information along with sutras, traditional teaching stories and clearly defined teaching methodology.  Your creativity is cultivated in DTS, empowering you to bring your personal touch into your teaching.
• Teaching Review:  Your finale is a video teaching review, for which you receive a detailed written evaluation of 10 or more pages.  It details what you are doing well as well as giving you coaching in any area where you could better serve your students.  This fulfills the requirements of Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia for your graduation.

Enrollment Fees

Your discounted package includes course tuition, DTS (mentoring program), materials fees, teaching review, and your housing and meals. Your net tuition rate is $13.75 per hour.
