Embodyment^® Yoga Therapy Training

Get more spinal decompression than in any other training, by giving and receiving Embodyment^® yoga therapy sessions every day.

Create the ease and openness of spinal release for others. In this training, you learn how to trigger deep healing simply by placing your hands on key areas of their spine.

This hands-on-healing modality is based on the power of Consciousness. You will be able to offer sessions to students, family and friends - to anyone who wants help with healing.

Yet you are not the healer. Your client is the healer, getting healing from their own pranic (healing energy) flows

Learn more about prana. Deepen your understanding of the anatomy of the spine. Study the sutras from the Pratyabhijnahrdayam that explain how Embodyment^® works.

You do many practice sessions during your training, which makes you ready to begin with yoga therapy clients on Day 1. The support you get in your at-home mentoring further builds your confidence as you deepen your knowledge of the process.

ON-SITE & ONLINE

Your immersion training is followed by our at-home mentoring program. This program supports you while you work with real clients. We have successfully mentored over 3,000 teachers and therapists. We look forward to supporting your becoming a yoga therapist.
