part of PYT Certification

Healing: Inside & Out

Svaroopa® yoga is a scientific maximization of your body’s capacity, dissolving the tensions that inhibit your body’s natural functioning and inherent healing capacity. - Yoga International

PYT 465: Medical Yoga

Study anatomy by starting with the body, then looking at the books.  Begin with what's working and then learn to treat what is not working. Learn to bridge the gap between yoga and medicine and help your clients understand the value of each approach.

This yoga really helps you understand your anatomy in an easy to follow way. - Ashley M.

Study how yogic texts describe healing and develop your ability to bring that into the medical world. Learn how to present a Yoga Pain Clinic, to esplain and demonstrate the radically effective approach of Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy.  Complete your coursework and qualify as a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Therapist.

As someone trained in Western medicine, I found the Svaroopa® yoga approach to health grounded in central, underlying energetic principles rather than the more limited peripheral, concrete understanding of my training. - Margot H.
