Enrich & Advance - Level 2
Enrich Your Teaching Skills
May 13 - 18
Lokananda Retreat Center, Downingtown PA
Expand your expertise and deepen your experience of your poses from YTT Level 2, including great new adjustments in Pigeon. Finesse your anatomy of abs, plus use these important muscles in a variety of challenging poses.
Take home a new clarity and enthusiasm that is built in when you work deeply with abs, backbends and standing poses. Your students will be reinspired as well as grateful for your additional training on their behalf.
Go for it! It is a great review and maybe your will find out that there are things you didn't even know are on the worksheets. - Martina C.
It was very important for me to experience the poses in my body and receive the in-depth training from the teachers. I now understand the muscles affected and the benefits more fully. I feel more confident in teaching the poses. – Anita S.
EYTS (Enrich Your Teaching Skills) are Continuing Ed courses. The acronym is pronounced “eats,” like you’ve got “good eats,” a great description of these courses that deepen your base in the primary poses while giving you an important selection of advanced teaching protocols. These are not certification courses because they do not include our at-home mentoring programs, yet they significantly expand your professional skills as a Svaroopa® yoga teacher.
Come to the Ashram a little early!

Svaroopa® Yoga
Svaroopa® yoga works by decompressing your spine — opening your core. You do more yoga, you feel better. You do even more yoga, you feel even better. Old familiar pains and negativities disappear. You get a new body and a new you, all at the same time.
