This online course will deepen your practice and understanding of the yamas & niyamas. This will make you better able to bring your yoga into your life. Better yet, it empowers you to understand your life more fully, so you can get your yogic lessons on the spot. 

Exclusively available to Vowed Members, this is a 6-month cycle of Zoom calls, the same as the Vows Prep Course you have already taken. However, your practice of these yogic principles has prepared you for a deeper level of understanding, which opens the way inward. 

Enroll early as our class size is limited. This is so everyone has a chance to participate in the discussions.

Video and audio participation are both required, as the class is interactive. We need to be able to see your questions budding up or the bliss shining across your face.
