Your meditation students want to go deeper, at least many of them do. This professional training prepares you to teach a new course, “Deepen Your Meditation.”
Your new course meets four times, covering new topics and new sutras. You will also offer additional guidance in how to use the most powerful yogic techniques. You and your students will definitely deepen within.
Your training begins with online class meetings, where Gurudevi covers new sutras and teachings for you to offer to your students. In the following week, you write a “talklet” to share in your DTS (Develop Your Teaching Skills) group. This provides you with an online compliments-and-coaching process. Your calls with Gurudevi alternate with DTS calls over a period of 10 weeks.
This leads up to your five-day in-person retreat where we bring all the pieces together. Starting with a simple meditation, we’ll explore what gets in the way and how to get past it.
Then our focus is on tantra’s integrative spirituality – how your inner state fills into your life and how your life can support your inner state. The key is never to wander too far away from your own Self, so it doesn’t take much time to get back.
Yoga excels at tools to keep you centered and grounded, so your next meditation is easy and deep. Better yet, your whole life is that way.

Certified Svaroopa® Vidya or Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Meditation Teacher
Preparation
You must have taught your “Learn to Meditate” course at least twice between September 2022 and August 2023, in-person or online.

Location
ONLINE MEETINGS:
Your online connection link will be emailed to you after you enroll. It comes the day before or the day of the program.
Video and audio participation are both required, as the class is interactive. We need to be able to see your questions budding up or the bliss shining across your face.
