In your three online class meetings, you do things to improve your meditation. Each process is explained in detail so you understand it. Sutras about it deepen your understanding even more.

ENLIGHTENMENT STUDIES
Your three class meetings each include a discourse and group discussion. Meditation deepens your understanding. Then you get takeaways – things you can do to deepen your center as well as to share it.
This is part of our Enlightenment Studies courses. You may take them in any order. They move you toward enlightenment while they enhance your worldly processes – this combination is the hallmark of tantric mysticism.
