Yoga’s teachings give you a warm-hearted way of being with others. With your mind freed from its incessant churning, your relationships improve, your meditations deepen and your life is uplifted. 

You have four class meetings. Each includes a discourse and group discussion. Meditation deepens your understanding. Then you get takeaways – ways to work with your mind in the midst of relationships.

Let your deeper essence shine through your mind and into your life. Be more skillful at being based in your Self when you are with others. 

ENLIGHTENMENT STUDIES

This is part of our Enlightenment Studies courses. You may take them in any order. They move you toward enlightenment while they enhance your worldly processes – this combination is the hallmark of tantric mysticism.
