Take this online class to see what our new EYTS course is like. Try it out to see if it gives you what Teacher Training always gives.
The full training includes 3 zoom classes plus a weekend immersion, followed up by 3 more zoom classes. This is the first class – free so you can dip your toe in before you decide.
You already know that you get more out of a pose when you receive an adjustment. While we cannot do adjustments online, we will work with your props and alignments and demo an adjustment or three.
These magical adjustments are a huge part of our Teacher Trainings. They are so important for the students, but also for the teacher. Once she experiences the deeper spinal release, her teaching is deepened and empowered.

Video and audio participation are both required, as the class is interactive. We need to be able to see your questions budding up or the bliss shining across your face.
