Find out how in this free program where you learn how to meditate specifically for inner peace. Rather than looking outside for events to give you peace, you’ll learn how to turn your attention inward, diving deeper than your mind, to the ocean of peace within.
Instead of watching your mind or your breath, this approach to meditation specializes in easy access to deep meditation. Svaroopa® Vidya Meditation uses ancient techniques to give you the experience it names: svaroopa = your own inner Self, vidya = experiential knowing. Whether the pandemic has speeded up your life or slowed it down, you’ll notice the difference in how you feel after your first meditation.
