You already know how to be in relationship with unenlightened people. You’ve had a lot of practice.
How do you be in relationship with an enlightened being? What do you do? What do you say? How do you understand what they say? And how do you get what they’ve got?
Swami Samvidaananda begins this course by clarifying who the Guru is — embodied divinity. Because of your inner experiences of your own Divinity, your understanding begins there.
Yet it is your relationship with the Guru that gave you the inner experiences! So how do you maximize that?
As your understanding grows, your inner experience expands, until you are that which they show you — embodied Divinity.
ENLIGHTENMENT STUDIES
Your three class meetings each include a discourse and group discussion. Meditation deepens your understanding. Then you get takeaways – things you can do to maximize results..
This is part of our Enlightenment Studies courses. You may take them in any order. They move you toward enlightenment while they enhance your worldly processes – this combination is the hallmark of tantric mysticism.
